This notice covers the GracePoint Solutions website and information you choose to share when starting a project.
Information you share
The project form asks for your project type, stage, name, email, company, optional phone number, and a short description. Company is optional. Please avoid sending passwords, financial details, or other sensitive information.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to understand your request, reply to you, and discuss a possible engagement. Submitting a project inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Services that process information
The site is designed for hosting on Vercel. When form delivery is configured, Resend processes inquiry emails. Spam prevention uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier in a rate-limit store. Hosting and delivery services may process technical data needed to operate and protect their services.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Project form progress stays in the current page and is not saved to browser storage. Following a link to a portfolio site takes you to a separate website with its own policies.
Retention and requests
Inquiry correspondence may be kept while discussing or supporting an engagement. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you have shared, contact kenneth@gracepointsolutions.io.
